Introduction
Codeco.tech was built around a straightforward idea: businesses and entrepreneurs shouldn't have to spend months rebuilding the same software foundations before they can get started.
I'm Roni McGuinness, founder and developer behind Codeco.tech. I've spent more than 25 years working in software development and research and development, including work with Vodafone and projects spanning web technologies, infrastructure and connected systems.
My background is in engineering, not selling website templates. I believe software should be useful, maintainable, secure and built to solve real problems.

My development work covers the full stack: frontend, backend, databases, authentication, payments, administration, integrations and deployment.

Software you own
Codeco.tech is built around ownership and control.
You purchase the application source code rather than renting access to a closed website-building platform. You can customise the software, connect your own services and deploy it using the supported deployment options for that application.
There is no recurring Codeco platform subscription. Hosting, databases, payment processing, AI services and other third-party services may have their own costs.

Our journey has been defined by leading large-scale, multi-national infrastructure projects, from implementing robust LEMP stacks (Linux, Nginx, MySQL, PHP) to developing sophisticated applications using cutting-edge web technologies such as JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
Our technical expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of programming languages and frameworks, including JavaScript, React, Node.js, and TypeScript. We continuously explore new tools and methodologies to stay ahead in the ever-evolving landscape of software development.
We have built comprehensive front-end and back-end microservices, and created solutions such as chat rooms and collaborative tools. Our experience also includes developing social login systems with AuthO2, deploying Node.js microservers, and building scalable, cloud-based applications using Firebase, Firestore, and cloud functions. Notably, we have developed research and development prototypes for Vodafone, leveraging Nginx, Python, and IoT APIs for cutting-edge applications like parking management systems.
